Welcome to Pocket Society

These terms are here to make sure we're all on the same page and that everyone has a good time. Please make sure you read these before attending any of our events,

Our vales

At Pocket Society, we care a lot about our guests. We ask everyone to be respectful, kind, and supportive of one another. Our events are about encouragement, not ego.

We don’t have any skill-level requirements - some people might be picking up a cue for the first time. Please be patient, offer help if it’s welcome, and remember that everyone is here to enjoy the game.

We aim to create inclusive and safe spaces. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or disrespect towards guests or organisers will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund, as well as a ban from future Pocket Society events.

Age policy

All Pocket Society events are 21+.
If you look under 25, you may be asked to show valid ID.

Photos & social media

We take photos and videos during our events for social media and promotional purposes.
If you’d prefer not to be photographed, please let one of the organisers know.

If an image of you has been posted and you’re not comfortable with it, you can request for it to be taken down at any time. We totally get it.

Tickets & refunds

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.

If you know you can’t make it, please let us know as early as possible. If we’re able to reallocate your ticket, we’ll issue you a voucher for a future Pocket Society event equal to the amount you paid (minus the platform fee).

Equipment & care

Please treat our equipment with care - we’re a community, and this helps us keep events going.

• No drinks on the pool table

• Please don’t sit, lean, or place bags on the table

Damages may result in the following charges:

• Drink spillage on the table: £200

• Damage to the pool table: up to £500 (depending on severity)

• Broken cue: £50
